When I first saw this recipe at Common Sense Homesteading, I knew it was a keeper. I have been making it for weeks and weeks now, and it’s definitely my favorite way of eating raw broccoli.
I follow the recipe loosely (meaning I don’t measure plus I substitute here and there,) and I’ll often make a big batch with half broccoli and half cauliflower.
It’s a delicious salad for summer. Try it!
w/ raisins or cranberries too!
Thanks for linking up to my post. I agree, it’s pretty forgiving.
My very first thought? “Oh, look at all the cauliflower!” Yummm!!!!
We had this with dinner last night. It was a hit-even with those that are not so fond of broccoli. I have had some similar salads in the past, but most were too heavy on the mayo flavor. I enjoyed the creamy tangy flavor of this one, and we’ll definitely be having it again. Thanks for sharing the recipe/link!
